“I’ve been to many gyms in my lifetime but this one is by far one of my favorite. It may look like a small gym but the family atmosphere is huge. From the moment I started going there the employees and the people there made me feel like I was being welcomed into a new home. I quickly made friends with the workers and we began supporting each other not only in the gym but in life. One of my favorite parts about TEF is that whether you know someone or not at this gym they will support and encourage you during your workout. TEF is as much of a family as it is a gym.”

“I’ve gone a few times and it’s NOT like ANY OTHER GYM. Everyone is very kind and always willing to help, I usually get very uncomfortable in gyms and I feel very overwhelmed with the amount of people there who are more experienced than myself but here I don’t feel that way. The staff is great, the people are great, it’s the only gym I’ve been in where I’ve asked for help or been offered help and not felt like I was being judged. If I could rate it more stars I would! The ABSOLUTE BEST!”
