This is the first gym I’ve been to where there’s no wasted space. Something about the gym just flows. Which brings me to my next point, the equipment. They almost have entirely Mega Mass, GymLeco, and Hammer Strength equipment. It’s an old school feel, with new school equipment…AND THEY ARE STILL ADDING MORE!
The music is always jumping! If you forgot your headphones, trust me the music has been 🔥 every time I’ve been.
The gym is very clean, and the restroom caught me off guard since It’s literally like a fully furnished apartment bathroom. Crazy dope!
The owners are very nice and you can tell they’re prioritizing giving their members, and even drop-ins, an experience to remember!
I signed up after my first visit!

I’ve been coming to TEF for years, and I’ve had the chance to see how it’s evolved over time. I can honestly say it gets better every year. The atmosphere, the equipment, the music, and the overall vibe are truly one of a kind. Everyone is focused on putting in the work and reaching their goals. Of course, there’s some socializing here and there, but it never takes away from the serious training environment. It’s a very welcoming gym with zero judgment, and that’s exactly why I’ve stayed loyal to this original warehouse gym. If you haven’t checked out TEF yet, it’s definitely worth a visit. Come ready to work hard, sweat, and enjoy the vibe!
